White chocolate is a universal delicacy that you can enjoy anytime and anywhere. You can choose it on its own or use it as an ingredient in your desserts and baking. It combines perfectly with fruit, nuts or vanilla, which gives you the possibility to create endless flavor combinations.
You know the myth that white chocolate is not chocolate? We've heard it x times, a thousand times. The reason for the myth is clear and that is to make as much money as possible. Cocoa bean has two basic components that can be separated in industrial production: 1. Cocoa butter and 2. Cocoa powder. Cocoa butter is very beneficial and is a demanded commodity for cosmetics and pharmacy. And because the big producers found that it could be replaced, and most importantly, that it could be used instead of butter powder, they began to report this myth to the world. We can thank those who call themselves gentlemen in chocolate, but what they do is the facade that covers poor quality. Large producers buy high-quality beans from Ghana and Côte d'Ivoire, where they enslave around 5 million people, including children. Everyone there lives in great poverty. And so that these low-quality beans do not have to be processed by the bean to bar method (from beans to the bar in the melangeur), they have invented a process of separating cocoa components. They separate cocoa butter, sell it expensively to cosmetics and pharmacy, and create the myth that white chocolate is not chocolate so that no one wants it. Then they take disgusting cocoa powder, supply 60 percent sugar, milk solids and make a super bar of chocolate for supermarkets.
