Most people here are used to the idea that nougat is hazelnut cream. This cream is usually very fatty, so we have decided to follow the tradition of Western Europe and the greatest gourmets of France, Spain and Italy, where the name nougat is dedicated to a dish of honey, almonds and egg white unfortunately destroyed in our country from the product and the name Turkish honey, whose quality is diametrically opposed to our nougat gently melting on the tongue.

In 2024 it was awarded two stars and became one of the 5 best nougats in the world.

Roasted almonds, Czech honey (min. 28%), sugar, glucose syrup, water, dried egg whites, rice paper (potato starch, water). May contain peanuts, dried nuts and soya. Keep cool and dry. Handmade in the Czech Republic.
