Ruby chocolate is made from the Ruby cocoa bean and through Barry Callebaut's unique processing, it retains the most natural sensual taste and ruby color tone naturally found in the Ruby bean. It is not bitter, milky, or significantly sweet. However, it will delight you with its delicacy, smoothness and at the same time sensual intensity that will light up and delight your taste buds. We do not add any other cocoa beans to Ruby chocolate or color it when making our luxury chocolate products. We choose only the highest quality ingredients, which make our chocolate products among the best.
Ingredients:
Ruby chocolate (min. 70%): cocoa solids content min. 47% (sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, acidity regulator: citric acid, aroma: natural vanilla), almonds (min. 17%), freeze-dried raspberries - powder (min. 0.7% ). May contain peanuts and dry nuts. Store in a cool and dry place. Made by hand in the Czech Republic.
