We have added the extract of lion's mane mushroom from the Finnish brand KÄÄPÄ Mushrooms to the chocolate! The "21st century mushroom" is the ultimate brain food. In addition to the beneficial beta-glucans, hericenones and erinacins have been discovered in it, and their neuroprotective potential is being researched by scientists around the world. Chocolate contains mushroom fruit extract, where the concentration of beneficial substances is highest.

The purest functional mushrooms from certified forests

The functional mushroom lion's mane has a touch of grace thanks to the exceptional environment of Finnish forests. You won't find cleaner air or water in the world! It grows there on FSC or PEFC certified birch substrate. The growers in KÄÄPÄ manage the largest area of certified forests in the world and guarantee transparency of the entire production. Extraction using innovative ultrasonic technology makes the active substances from the mushrooms easy to use and absorb.

Fairtrade cocoa and artisan chocolate "from bean to bar"

The intense flavour of the chocolate is due to the cocoa varieties trinitaria and criola. Justinián Suaréz grows them on his Colombian organic farm. He fertilises with natural probiotics and has a deep respect for his workers and nature. With a bean-to-table approach, he controls every step of the cocoa processing. The fermentation process is essential, improving its digestibility, bioavailability and taste.

A complex superfood

Cocoa beans contain many active substances with a stimulating effect, inducing a pleasant state of alertness. They nourish the body with a dose of minerals such as magnesium, calcium and iron. You will get B vitamins, vitamin C and E as well as beneficial fats and the important nutrient alkaloid theobromine. Cocoa contains 3 times more flavonoids than green tea.
