It is made from very high quality organic cocoa beans of the ancient criollo variety, whose origins date back to the Mayan and Aztec times, and the cross-bred trinitario variety. All grown on a family farm in Colombia. Aluna is sweetened with coconut sugar.

We carefully process it from bean to bar - hence bean-to-bar.
Made with love and fulfilling goals far beyond the ordinary chocolate product, no synthetic colours or flavourings are ever added to the chocolate.
Ingredients:
Coconut sugar, cocoa beans, coconut milk powder min. 14% (dehydrated coconut pulp extract, tapioca starch, acacia fiber), cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, aroma: real vanilla extract. Cocoa component content at least 44%. Can contain milk. Store in a cool, dry place. Handmade in the Czech Republic.
