Our raspberry praline has received an award at the London-based Great Taste culinary competition.
Ingredients:
Dark chocolate: minimum cocoa solids 55% (sugar, cocoa beans, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, flavoring: real vanilla);
Milk chocolate: minimum cocoa solids 35% (sugar, cocoa butter, dried whole milk, cocoa beans, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, flavoring: natural vanilla);
White chocolate: minimum cocoa solids 28% (sugar, cocoa butter, dried whole milk, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavoring: natural vanilla);
almonds, freeze-dried raspberries, pistachios, glucose syrup, sugar.
Store in a cool, dry place. Handmade in the Czech Republic.
