Dried cane juice (PANELA), 1000g
Dried cane juice, also known as panela, is a natural sweetener obtained by evaporating sugar cane juice without refining and chemical processing. It takes the form of a hard, brown mass or powder and retains most of the minerals, vitamins and molasses that are normally removed in the production of white sugar.
Uses:
Sweetening teas, coffee, cocoa
Preparation of desserts, cakes and sauces
As a healthier substitute for refined sugar
Flavour: caramel, with a hint of molasses and slightly smoky
