A mix of milk and dark chocolate for use in a chocolate fountain. In the bag you will find chocolate buds and cocoa butter which will make about 450 ml of chocolate.

Preparation instructions: For best results, pour the chocolate mixture and cocoa butter into the milk maker and heat, stirring constantly. Transfer the liquid chocolate to a chocolate fountain.
Milk and dark chocolate for the chocolate fountain
Ingredients:
Milk chocolate: cocoa solids at least 38 % (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa beans, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin), dark chocolate: cocoa solids at least 55 % (sugar, cocoa beans, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin). Store in a cool, dry place. Handmade in the Czech Republic.
