This 55% bean to bar chocolate has no milk, we achieved its softness and full creamy taste by adding almonds.
It is also suitable for vegans.
When tasting, you can smell cream, nuts, nougat, citrus aftertaste.

Almonds have been prized since ancient times and are one of the oldest widely cultivated crops.
We often consider them a healthier snack, but they’re more than just sweet-tasting nuts.
Combined with our 55% bean-to-bar chocolate, this offers yet another flavorful and sensory experience from our chocolate workshop.
It is made from high-quality Silvestre cacao beans from Bolivia, which are among the rarest and finest in the world. They come from wild cacao trees in the Amazon rainforest, where they are hand-harvested by local farmers. Aluna is sweetened with coconut sugar.
This exceptional chocolate has earned a star in the world-renowned Great Taste food awards.
Ingredients:
Cocoa butter, coconut sugar, cocoa beans, almonds 12%. Cocoa solids at least 55 %. May contain milk. Store in a cool, dry place. Handmade in the Czech Republic.
