Aluna - Organic Chocolate 55% with Rice, 70 g
The sustainability of the planet is a very important topic for us and that is why we are looking for new ways in the chocolate world. For this 55% chocolate we have moved away from the classic animal milk and replaced it 100% with rice, so it is much more friendly to nature and our bodies. It is also suitable for vegans.
In its flavour you can taste brownie, mulberry, peanuts, a light touch of coffee and a woody finish.

It is made from very high quality organic cocoa beans of the ancient criollo variety, whose origins date back to the Mayan and Aztec times, and the cross-bred trinitario variety. All grown on a family farm in Colombia. Aluna is sweetened with coconut sugar.
Ingredients:
Coconut sugar, cocoa beans, cocoa butter, rice 10 %. Cocoa solids at least 55 %. May contain milk. Store in a cool, dry place. Handmade in the Czech Republic.
