This chocolate is BEAN TO BAR.

It is made from high-quality Silvestre (Beniano) cocoa beans from Bolivia, which are among the rarest and finest in the world. They come from wild cocoa trees in the Amazon rainforest, where they are hand-harvested by local farmers. Aluna is sweetened with coconut sugar.

This exceptional milk chocolate is our crowning achievement and a recipient of numerous European and international CHOCOLATE AWARDS as well as GREAT TASTE stars. We carefully craft it from bean to bar—hence the “bean-to-bar” designation.

A 100-gram bar of chocolate contains an average of 546 calories, with about 50% consisting of beneficial cocoa butter, 20% carbohydrates, and 10% protein.

No synthetic dyes or flavor enhancers are ever added to chocolate that is made with love and fulfills goals that far exceed those of a typical chocolate product.

Ingredients:
Coconut sugar, cocoa beans, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. Cocoa solids at least 44 %. Store in a cool, dry place. Handmade in the Czech Republic.
