As you savor our 44% milk bean-to-bar chocolate, you’ll detect subtle notes of caramel, coffee, vanilla, hazelnut, maple syrup, raisins, and, above all, cream.
It is made from high-quality Silvestre cocoa beans from Bolivia, which are among the rarest and finest in the world. They come from wild cocoa trees in the Amazon rainforest, where they are hand-harvested by local farmers. Aluna is sweetened with coconut sugar.
This exceptional milk chocolate is our crowning achievement and a recipient of European and international CHOCOLATE AWARDS as well as a GREAT Taste star. We carefully craft it from bean to bar—hence the “bean-to-bar” designation.
Ingredients:
Coconut sugar, cocoa beans, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. Cocoa solids at least 44 %. Store in a cool, dry place. Handmade in the Czech Republic.
