Silvestre cocoa beans from Bolivia are among the rarest and highest quality in the world. They come from wild cocoa trees in the Amazon rainforest, where they are hand-harvested by local farmers. These beans are distinguished by a delicate and complex flavor with notes of tropical fruit, flowers, and a light nutty finish. Thanks to their origin and gentle processing, they retain their rich aroma and nutritional value, making them a true gourmet treasure.
Ingredients:
dark chocolate (min. 60%): cocoa solids content at least 66% (cocoa beans, coconut sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa beans (min. 20%) - (these cocoa beans come from central Bolivia—thanks to varieties of native Amazonian cocoa, their flavor is less acidic with deeper, subtly earthy notes), cocoa powder (min. 0.7%). May contain milk. Store in a cool, dry place. Handmade in the Czech Republic.
