Aluna - Organic Dark Chocolate Bean to Bar 66%, 270g
This 66% bean to bar dark chocolate has notes of cherry and plum and a floral accent, and although it's bitter, it doesn't lack a subtle creamy-buttery flavour.
It's made from high quality organic cocoa beans of the ancient criollo variety, which dates back to the Mayan and Aztec periods, and the cross-bred trinitario variety. All grown on a family farm in Colombia. Aluna is sweetened with coconut sugar.

This chocolate is BEAN TO BAR. It has earned a star in the Great Taste, a world-renowned food accreditation program.
It is made from high-quality Silvestre cocoa beans from Bolivia, which are among the rarest and finest in the world. They come from wild cocoa trees in the Amazon rainforest, where they are hand-harvested by local farmers. Aluna is sweetened with coconut sugar.

None of them view chocolate as merely a mass-produced commodity, but rather honor the uniqueness of everything that grows on our Earth, passes through human hands, and ultimately transcends them many times over.
Most importantly, it is precisely thanks to the handcrafted process that the chocolate can be sweetened with coconut sugar, which has a lower glycemic index than white sugar. In short, the company selects only the highest-quality and most valuable ingredients from around the world, but above all, it never uses palm oil or gluten.
