A delicious nougat made from forest honey by a Šumava beekeeper together with crunchy almonds will melt away on your tongue. Most of you will probably think of hazelnut cream as nougat. However, this meaning is only present in the Czech Republic and German-speaking countries. All over the world, the delicacy of honey and nuts is hidden under this name. A cheaper variant made from sugar is known in our country as "Turkish honey". For our nougat, we got inspiration from the famous French and Italian nougat or torrone, and we really succeeded. Czech nougat is our most prized confectionery on the international platform for the evaluation of delicacies - Great Taste, where it has won the award three times in a row.
Ingredients:
Roasted almonds, Czech honey (min. 28%), sugar, glucose syrup, water, dried egg whites, rice paper (potato starch, water). May contain peanuts, dried nuts and soy. Store in a cool, dry place. Handmade in the Czech Republic.
